Biography:
Since this biography is ongoing and the
journey just beginning, I will divulge to you some generalized information on myself. You
see I want my name to be known as one of the true masters of my trade, but since I'm still
currently plying my craft both in dungeon and on rooftop, revealing too much could be a
detriment to my ability to blend in, and possibly get people to stop underestimating
rogues...(and we wouldn't want that now would we?) I've killed warlords and
emperors, and recently assassinated my first real King, of course I had much help on that
one. I tracked a pirate captain through the Ocean of Tears, our end game taking place at
his camp on a remote island populated by fierce giants. He and his crewman against myself,
a beautiful but resourceful human cleric, and a determined human Ranger. I did claim as my
prize a rare Bracer of Erollisi. I've trekked the snowy wastes of Everfrost and
entered the frozen Permafrost Keep from a secret passage..(shown to me by another Rogue of
course..) Sprinted through Nektulos forest chased by the grim Dark Elven guards en route
to Lavastorm and the fabled Najena. There I encountered my first Tentacle Terror, and
eventually left with a magic life-force draining whip, though I plan on returning there,
for rumor has it that unique weapons can be earned in it's green mist enshrouded depths.
Other places explored thus far include Befallen, The Estate of Unrest, Crushbone,
Runneye Citadel, Splitpaw, Meldrath's lair in Steamfont, Castle Mistmoore, and too many
others to remember at this time. Obviously I plan on returning to many of these places in
the future as it's not possible to fully explore even these few mentioned in the span of
my life thus far. I will say that a recent discovery I've made has me very intrigued, it's
40 feet below water and a keep of legendary reknown to those who know of it. I know I
won't be able to fully enter for a long time as my skill level just isn't even close to
snuff yet if I want to give myself an honest chance of taking on any denzens within. In
closing I'd like to say that yes, working on your class level ranking is important as that
is how you learn new skills, and get better in ones you know...but as you can see by my
modest level, I've never put it above seeing new places, and finding new adventures...that
is what it's all about to me. I'll check back down the road a ways, until then Good
Journey to you... |
